What is Setur Duty Free Click & Collect Service?
It is the online shopping opportunity offered by Setur Duty Free. Thanks to the Click&Collect service you can review our products, create a pre-order for the product of your choice and easily pick it up from the store on the day of your flight. You must be over 18 years of age to use this service.

Is there any shopping limit on pre-order purchases? / How many products can i order?
Shopping limits may vary for each country and according to the status of the traveler (such as driver, ship or aircraft personnel). At this point, passengers are individually responsible for researching and following the limits of the country they are traveling to. There is no exchange and refund for purchases made.

Can I rearrange or cancel my order?
With the Click & Collect service, you can edit your order as you wish and make a cancellation.

How to cancel my order?
After logging in, you can view your order in the My Orders area and cancel your order with the cancel my order button.

Will there be any payment during theClick & Collect process?
No payment is received during the pre-order process. Payment will be made during product delivery in the store

Where will I pick up my Pre-Order product?
You can pick up from the Setur Duty Free Shop Pre-Order desk area located in Cologne Airport Terminal 1.

Until when can I make a pre-order?
You can make your pre-order up to a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 30 days before your flight.

Where is the Click&collect service available?
Clic & Collcet service is only valid at Cologne Bonn Airport.

I don't have any flight. Can I shop with pre-order?
No. To be able to order a preorder, you must have a flight at Cologne Bonn airport.

No, please contact us by e-mail (kontakt@seturdutyfree.com) as you cannot enter our store without your current flight ticket.

In how many hours do I have to pick up my pre-order, How long will it be booked?
Once the pre-order has been created, it is protected until 12 hours after your flight time. After that, it will be cancelled.
