Setur Gmbh was founded under the ownership of Setur Servis Turistik A.Ş. to operate in the Duty Free sector. As of June 1, 2023, it started duty free and duty paid main operator operations at Cologne Bonn Airport.

In terminals 1 and 2 of Cologne Bonn Airport, we offer our guests a unique shopping experince with our customer-centric approach and innovative store applications in a total of 5 different stores with more than 300 brands.

With the philosophy of protecting tomorrow by taking action today; sustainable and recyclable surface materials are used in our stores, and digital solutions that will enhance the customer experience are integrated into our processes.

Our stores are designed with "premium duty free" concept and "open market area" style, and with our architectural design that contributes to sustainability, we have also integrated our digital applications into our stores for adding convenience to the lives of our guests from all over the world.

Founded in 1965 as a Koç Group company, Setur, our subsidiary and umbrella brand, is Turkey's leading brand in Duty Free operations. Setur continues to serve with 51 stores in an area of approximately 22 thousand square meters spread across 21 locations in Turkey at land borders, sea ports and airports.
